Payment

Execution of any work begins with an advance payment: at least 50% of the total cost. Typically, the amount of prepayment is used to purchase the necessary materials and everything related to the manufacture. In case the customer wants to cancel the order after the transfer of the prepayment amount, this amount is not refunded, since it was spent on the materials individually. The order is paid in full, after you have seen the photos of the finished work and approved the final result.

All rights to pictures of soft toys and dolls used on this page, belong to Natalia Iunina and can not be used for commercial purposes without the consent of the author.

Delivery

The order begins to be ready for shipment within 2-4 days after full payment of the order. The delivery time depends on the selected delivery service and its fare. Delivery is usually carried out through third parties or companies such as DHL or Deutsche POST and is accompanied by a number to monitor the shipment.
